Daniela Caraballo Vision & Hearing Impairment

Working together is the most important aspect in a group dynamic. In my group particularly, we always try to better ourselves as a person and mainly as a whole. Our pervious mishaps only brought us together and stronger. Our weakness turned into our strong feature. Tackling everything one step at a time.
For this assignment, every group was given a topic on a specific disability; however, for Group 2 we were assigned vision and hearing impairment. Our leader broke everything up perfectly and evenly. Each student understood what had to be done and the requirements that needed to be completed. Despite of it all, as a group we could have been stronger if certain individuals could communicate about their thoughts or ideas. Hopefully, the next one they will come around and give some insight. Overall, when one states his or her thoughts the group can achieve only, but greatness.
My part particularly consisted finding methods of ways to communicate with those that are vision/hearing impaired & as well the global perspective on those misconceptions. Gathering information in ways those that are disabled are able to communicate with those that are in the same community. Unique apps are compared to those that were familiar with today provide the same sort of experience and or aspect. Moreover, searching of the misconception that individuals around the world think of those that are disabled believe must have or must be like. Not to mention, being part of a video at the end that enlisted a nice virtual message to those.
Furthermore, not only we had to do research among our particular issue, but as well incorporate certain chapter from the book we use in class to our information. That part was tedious; however, with team effort and communicating everything went right into place. Everyone had unique assignments that were completed for the project. For instance, there was a small group that took a step further. Constructing a video for the class with someone they know that is vision or hearing impaired.
All in all, as the days go by we better ourselves as a group with our certain techniques. Creating videos of interviews and a virtual message for the class to demonstrate how unique it is. Anything can be accomplished with a strong group.
